Jinsup Song, DPM, PhD, Consultant Podiatry Specialist
Dr Jinsup Song is a practicing podiatric physician at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and clinical investigator with strong background in foot biomechanics, associated pathologies, and conservative interventions (such as, diabetic foot care education, custom foot orthoses and shoe design). As PI or co-Investigator on several university- and NIH-funded grants, he co-developed effective measures of foot structure, with iPad application, dynamic foot function, and torsional shoe flexibility tester. His app has enabled daily collect data on foot structure on 1,200 participants at the United States Military Academy for the last 4 years. Dr Song brings valuable contributions to medical device and app design and development, as well as result interpretation.
